Groups & Events
Caring for someone can sometimes feel isolating, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our local peer support groups and bereavement cafés provide a welcoming and friendly space for carers to meet others who understand the challenges of caring.
Whether you are looking for practical support, a chance to share experiences, or simply some time to connect with other people in a similar situation, our groups offer an opportunity to talk, listen, learn and feel supported.
Groups and cafés take place regularly across the BCP Council and Dorset Council areas, with different locations and times to make it easier to find something local to you.
